I currently jump very high, according to my colleagues, without ever using artificial training. I have a 35 inch vertical leap that is all natural but I want to be able to dunk a basketball. I am only 5′9. Can someone tell me if this creatine will work?

Do not buy into these "enhancing" chemicals. The only way to improve your vertical is to train hard and work at it.

they never tell you the side effects. It might hurt your bones or muscles or other parts of your body. you might end up losing 25 inches of vertical (im just exhaggerating. lol imagine jumping 10 inches max)
IF you are already working out and have a routine, DO IT. Its better to condition your body and consistantly, little by little, gain vertical than completely rely on synthetic methods.
Do squats, depth jumps, jump rope, ankle weights…. I do those and im steadily increasing my vertical. I’d rather Do it myself so i have a sense of achievement. (tell you the truth. I used to have very weak legs. Now I can almost touch the rim after like five months workout.)
If you insist on doing it, consult a doctor beforehand and i mean it.
tho im sure its not gonna work magic. you will need to do some work for it, too. it all SOUNDS good. but i’m sure some of it is made up to lure you into it.
